Oils
Friction and corrosion are some of the critical factors limiting the operating time of air conditioning systems. The operating conditions, production technology, design of components determine the wear of the compressor and the entire conditioning system. When using only the highest quality lubricants in the systems, you will extend the system’s operation and avoid costs caused by a failure of the conditioning system.
We trade in highly efficient Reniso lubricants designed for compressors used in refrigeration equipment. In order to maintain the quality of our lubricants, we transport them only in the sealed packaging, maintaining excellent thermal and chemical resistance.
RENISO TRITON SE/SEZ Series (ISO VG 10-320) |
Synthetic oil is supplemented with thermally stable polyester (POE). Due to their good solubility properties, these ester lubricants are particularly suitable for use with chlorine-free refrigerants, such as R134a, R404A, R407C, etc. All RENISO TRITON SE/SEZ products contain no impurities, often described as products with extremely stable and efficient properties. Like all essential lubricants, these products can absorb moisture. In some cases, due to excessive amounts of water, lubricants can change the features of the product. It is, therefore, necessary to ensure that these products do not contact with moisture during their storage, use or operation. All RENISO TRITON SE / SEZ products are pure (without water contaminants) and bottled in a nitrogen atmosphere. |
RENISO PAG 46/100 |
Polyalkylene Glycols (PAG) lubricants are used for heavy-duty applications in automotive air conditioning systems operating with R134a and R1234yf. Due to the polar structure of the product, the PAG lubricants are very hygroscopic. This means that it is necessary to familiarise with the usage guidelines before starting using this product. The RENISO PAG series products are extremely pure (without water contaminations) and packed in packages with excess pressure (e.g. 250 ml) in a nitrogen atmosphere. |
RENISO PG 68, RENISO GL 68 |
Synthetic Polyalkylene Glycols (PAG) lubricants, mixed with ammonia, are supplemented with stability retaining additives. Specially selected components have excellent temperature stability and excellent viscosity properties. RENISO PG 68 and GL 68 have been specially developed for advanced NH3 systems that use the principle of direct evaporation. Excessive water levels can cause chemical reactions between NH3 and some aluminium alloys; therefore it is essential that these PAG lubricants remain entirely dry. It is also important to avoid mixing with mineral lubricants. |
RENISO C 55 E, 85 E, 130 E, 170 E |
For the work with the systems using a CO2 refrigeration agent, it is necessary to use the lubricants that are adapted for work above and below critical properties. The specially designed RENISO C product series at high pressures in the CO2 environment offers exceptionally high thermal stability and good lubrication properties. |
Advantages of using RENISO lubricants:
• Excellent solubility properties
• Good viscosity properties
• Excellent chemical and thermal stability when in contact with NH3.
